I have a 2018 Subaru Impreza hatchback, years ago I had lowering springs installed that did more damage than good, I decided to go to Friendlys based on their 5 star rating across the board and positive reviews. They are super friendly, took me around the shop, introduced me to everyone, I can tell Steven and Sandy and the entire crew were passionate about taking care of my car and making it a great experience. They replaced all four shuts and new springs back to OEM with a 3yr, 36k warranty with finance options available if needed. While looking for a local shop specializing in German cars, a friend recommended this place. I came in for an engine oil change, and the mechanic found a water pump leak, so I decided to replace it as well. It seems to be a family-run business, and all the staff were polite and professional—just as the shop’s name suggests. I’m really glad I found a reliable and friendly repair shop nearby.
